We want you to love your Faithfull the Brand pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and hangtags are securely attached to the garments.
Label and Post
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our boutique team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
